The Capsaicin in our socks lasts for 15+ washes, or approximately 150 hours of wear.

How To Wear
The fabric must touch your skin directly for the Capsaicin to be absorbed; you can wear your socks during normal activity and while you wear shoes.
Wash your feet with warm water and dry them; then remove the socks from the packaging and place on your feet. Wear the socks as you would any other pair and experience the effects of RX Clothing with every wear. The sock will stretch to fit your feet.

If sensitivity occurs, do not use. Avoid contact with eyes if product gets into your eyes rinse well with clean water.
The sock must be placed directly on your skin for medicine to be effective; other outerwear can be worn over the sock.
